Refund & Return Policy
1. Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 2 hours to contact our customer service via [email protected] and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 2 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
2. Order Not Received
If you didn't received the order within 45 days after having ordered, contact us via [email protected] for a free replacement or a full refund of your purchase.
Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect or incomplete shipping address! So please check your address carefully before you check out.
3. Replacement, Refund & Return Policies
3.1 Replacement/Refund Conditions
Replacement/Refund are handled on a case by case basis. Replacement/Refund of your order is permitted ONLY when the goods delivered fall under the following criteria:
- The goods received are damaged
- There are visible defects with the print
- The item is the wrong size from the one ordered
- The item is the wrong color from the one ordered
- The item is the wrong design from the one ordered
- The item is the wrong style (e.g long sleeve shirt instead of tee shirt) from the ordered
3.2 Replacement/Refund Process
- You must submit a replacement/refund request within 30 days after you receive your goods.
- Please contact us at [email protected] to submit the request. Please include a photo of the item you received and let us know why you are not happy with your order. We will use this information to review your order and improve our service and products.
3.3 Return
- We do not have policies regarding the return of an item. For a replacement or refund, you do not need to return any items you received.
3.4 Replacement Time
- Your replacement follows the same timeframe as the normal order.
3.5 Refund Time
- You will receive a refund confirmation when we finish the process
- All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Refer to the following table for more details.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
